ABOUT ME

I have studied and worked in the mental health field for the past sixteen years. Prior to moving to the United States I worked as a qualified and accredited psychotherapist in France and the United Kingdom, working both in private practice and for one of the leading mental health providers in the UK.

Throughout my career I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals from every corner of the globe. I have assisted people working in various industries; including academia, sports, entertainment, art, and the corporate world. I have helped clients overcome unwanted thoughts and emotions, such as low self-confidence, homesickness, and an array of worries including social anxiety and work-related stress. By focusing on my clients' values-based goals, I assist them in discovering their true aspirations and empower them to achieve those goals.

It is vital to keep expanding my knowledge and understanding. I do so by regularly undertaking continuing professional development. I also receive monthly supervision with an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and bound by their Code of Ethics.
